I didn't know that all common share holders voted on items within the Cert. of Incorporation. So they got a "majority" controlling group together and orchestrated the vote. I don't care much for that either.

Also, within the 10QSB, they claimed cash flow from operations was strong enough to go 3 to 6 months without additional financing. Let's hope there has been no further dilution.

The only issuing I want to see is for acquisitions.....
