Crazylegs, I think you will find that there has been further dilution, just not sure how much. I don't like being surprised by these things in a filing. I'm not sure that all common shareholders have a vote on items within the certification of incorporation but I do know that other companies have notified all shareholders and requested affirmation when they have done something that is this important to the share price of their stock.
