Just a follow up regarding the recent trading activity of HMGP since the initial Sept 08 SEC ruling and now todays 10/17/08 further position by the SEC regarding short/NSS ruling/proper practices and some points of contact below for any information/documentation that one may want to send concerning the recent current and more importantly, as of today, the going forward trading pattern of HMGP.

If one has the proper documentation to support (i.e. dated, specific trading activity of HMGP supported by the appearance of real time trades), send it on it with an outline of the abnormal activity specific to your HMGP trade.
