Don't know if it scared "them" away but the HMGP trading activity at the end of the day, today, provided to me what I needed, documentation, from a trading pattern perspective, although no T-trades went off today, which I was hoping for.

A week or so ago I did this same tactic, but then a T-trade did go off which provided what I needed then too, documentation.

If the road that I'm am heading down is correct then in time the evidence will present itself properly. And if I get the result that IMO I believe is the reason behind this HMGP trading activity then the question is going to be are we all ok with the answer??

Part of the process with the SEC is documenting clearly any and all allegation- step by step, the other part is knowing the proper points of contact :>)
