The idea is that he didn't buy to sell at a loss, and he didn't hold for 11.5 months to then sell and pay 35% tax instead of waiting and paying 15%, so the thinking is taht this will then be pumped so he can dump for a nice gain.

Can't say I believe the whole story, but I do think it will move someday, even if just a tick or two, and if the company really tries to move it, they can, since the market cap is only $800,000, if they can get any real business together, it could go up significantly.

Most of us don't trust the CEO to accomplish the last part, but just want a nice little run.

We'll see what happens, I guess.
