You and the NSS



I said I agree and NSS should be fixed. Its illegal and wrong.

ITS FRAUD

Now.....back to CSHD.

We have two situations to look at:

1. Our business is booming and earnings are good yet our PPS continues to tumble. People are spreading inaccurate rumors and the volume is through the roof (Dropping). In this instance the selling of shares has taken our stock from a good PPS and driven it down. BS right?

2. Our business is doing nothing- our corp status is forfeited- we have 0 money- we are in the hole in court- and to boot we have a massive # of shares in the market over our Float due to NSS. The worst of this scenario is our business have 0 assets- our corp status forfeited- 0 cash- AND in the hole in court. Thats infuriating right?

Before you even get into the NSS position your stock is worthless due to have 0 assets/business/cash/corporate status. Thats the simple part- everyone agrees that NSS is bad. What you don't address in any of your statements is whether or not you cared if the corp was ever worth anything. (You don't I take it)

Fraud is Fraud and is bad no matter how you look at it. If you look at it and say it was alright for Dufus to pretend he had all these "assets" to set the "trap" for the crooks then he is just as bad as the crooks considering the money that normal people lost in the debacle.

The only way CSHD is a true victim of this NSS is if they:

1. Went out of business due to the plummeting PPS
2. Lost assets due to the performance of the Stock

If we started the game out with a bag of bogus money then we are a bunch of screwed shareholders no matter how you look at it. The only difference now is the NSS also got a piece of a__ off us while we were passed out on the floor at the end of the party.
