Selling shares you do not own and have not borrowed is fraud. Why can't you get that? Or are you saying that fraud should be allowed if it is perpetrated against another fraud? Before you answer, remember who the victims are. I have no problem with shorting stocks....as long as you DELIVER THE SHARES YOU SOLD WITHIN T3 OR COVER. OMG, it is so simple! ....NSS is never having to cover....that is the whole point of it. It is fraud. Pure and simple. And if recent events don't convince you, I don't know what will.
