Obviously, the objective is to get non-disclosers to disclose and to make it more evident to readers.

Matt's post specifically said:

Anybody that we know or find out is compensated to post on iHub will be required to become an IRP on iHub; if caught not disclosing/elevating status during promotion, strong Administrative action will be taken against them. I promise it won't be good for business. :)

We'll encourage users to notify ME of those not in compliance -- links to disclosure/compensation will be needed, not just "I think.." or "I believe." -- all of which needs to be sent to Matt for review/research.

We understand that there is a problem with those who do not disclose. We also recognize there is a problem with users being able to recognize IRPs - even when they do disclose. And we also recognize that we have to operate without the benefit of regulatory and law enforcement mandates or authority.

How about making some constructive suggestions? That is the goal of the dialog. What else can we do you think we can get the non-disclosers to disclose? What else can we do to help those IRPs who are disclosing? What would you like to see made available on your disclosure page? What accommodations should be made for IRPs who might be operating in that capacity at some times and not others?
