Dave, you won't get the non-disclosers to disclose. So if that's the goal, as good as the intention, it won't happen.

LOL thier is NO WAY to get people that don't disclose to disclose, that was my point. so ihub thinks that charging a handful of us a CONSIDERABLE amount in subscription fees will be an incentive to the ones that don't? LOL i have no suggestion, i am doing what the law tells me to do. I am posting my reply here because i think it is unfair to MARKcharge some and not others, i am a promoter who disclaims so that AFFECTS me.....i am posting a reply to what Matt has come up with. their is no solution to the problem you are looking for unless you have access to peoples bank accounts and or brokerage accounts. its obvious that that will never happen,so i don't see why we are even discussing this.
