I agree.....Charging those FEW of us that disclose doesn't solve the OVERALL problem of those who do NOT disclose. they are still out there doing their thing and nothing for them changes. This is what ihub has come up with to clean up the boards?? LOL geeeesh! a year of deep thinking and they come up with this LOL
