Maybe so.But, clearly you didn't go to law school. Judges don't throw complaints out. Nevada public companies don't get an auto pass because they claim they cannot afford an attorney. One hand we are led to believe that Atlantis is in the IPTV business. Every PR I've read says it loud and clear. Not one word of the IPTV business was ever committed to an SEC filing ___ I'll say that again___NOT ONE WORD OF IPTV BUSINESS WAS EVER IN AN SEC FILING.
So, what shareholders where told in implicit detail was the story of a start-up,nationwide IPTV business, that was buying and reselling IPTV boxes to an audience of Zero. The box allegedly by the Company's own admission and web sites enables subscribers access to brand name databases of movies such as Blockbusters and Netflix. Never mind that the pure idea that either of these previously mentioned wonderful companies would consider doing business with W S & Doo-buy or ATNO.Nevertheless, this was the claim that ATNO made to fool naive speculators into buying stock. Doo-buy went as far as to make Youtube adverts featuring a box and a TV with a wireless keyboard and mouse and recorded an interview with an on line investment newsletter to further promote the imaginary business. All the while sending PR's and promotion into this forum and others besides.
So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish
