Again like I said I agree with what your saying. ATNO did some very shady things. I am just saying that the person that is bringing the law suit on them is not exactly someone that will be looked at very serious. Thats all I am saying. I hope that ATNO does feel the pressure for all the crap they put shareholders through.
They implied in their motion for summary judgment that it was not fraud because they contacted some sales associates from the companies that actually make these products and that PRIOR management actually bought SIX boxes.
