Look I agree that this company did some shady things to its shareholders but lets face it they are not worried one bit about this law suit. You have someone who is already in jail. He has brought law suit after law suit against a number of people and orginizations. He bought stock from behind bars and that in its self is illegal. He runs a website from behind bars where he trys to charge for ad space. This is also illegal. Then he stated back in nov 07 that he felt something was shady with the company and then buys stock months later. Give me a break the judge will throw this out of court IMO.
