Your commodity driven philosophy effectively would drive price higher if competitors from out of State are willing to pay the price. Biomass is already Not an inexpensive energy supply. All States will look at this and understand this. State government is in control here; at least on the Laidlaw proposal due to its size that could severely cripple infrastructure as demand makes it imperative to search for supply locally.The argument that projects may not find it economically feasible to purchase biomass fuel from other regional sources is potentially saving our forests at best and responsible at worst...
