Thanks! OK, so according to the contract terms (fine print), any licensee of QCOM ip and patents is required to grant QCOM free access to the licensee's ip and patents. Fine, and that's good; I hope IDCC has similar wording.

So here is my question: Prior to the Nokia deal, and other than chip mfrs like TXN and BRCM, what amounts, if any, of monetary consideration did these other licensees such as SAM, MOT, and SE receive from QCOM for the use of their ip? What discounts from QCOM's standard rates did these other mfrs receive, if any?
