If you are so confident about a stocks fundamentals, filings, earnings, etc... then why would someone with a differing opinion matter anyway?

Sounds to me like you are very new and have yet to be burned bad enough to wake you up. It's the pumpers and the lying CEO's that are the biggest danger here.
