OK, I will answer a long post with an equally long-winded reply...
Your response was one of the most well thought out pro-bashing responses I have ever seen... I applaud your carefully worded responses, but it is just like the politician who kisses the babies at a rally, we know they do not mean it, it is all for show...
You know the more I read on Ihub, the more convinced I am that it is not only run by people interested in the promotion of Market Manipulation, but are making their living off it.
Your response is what is all wrong with this board and the reason it should probably be shut down. I know the SEC would like that BTW...
It would never happen, but this and all other boards like it are the biggest reason for the problems we have in the stock market today.
MM's are allowed free rain to spout whatever Crap they want to and there is no one to stop them. You actually help protect them so I cannot think much for your motives.
I am certain most of the stocks we are invested in would be Much higher without the ability to bash and scare investors out as it is happening now...
I used to be such a Free Speech advocate, then I became a Stock Investor and started reading these boards and know better... lol...
The idealism of "Everyone having an equal say" is great in theory, but we all know that the bashers and MM's know Exactly what to say and when to say it to cause panic and weak hands to sell whenever they want.
I have known even "Stong hands" to break and sell after MM's have successfully brought a stock down to nothing. They simply have no choice. Better to take something than nothing...
The truly honest people out here, the real investors who are trying to make honest money have little chance under the current system of winning. As long as there are paid bashers and people defending them, we will never have a fair system. As long as Short Selling is allowed to exist we will never have a level playing field...
To all the people out there who try to fight the bashing, professional or otherwise, keep it up. You are the only line of defense against it...
"Bottom Line" The only ones winning this investment game right now are MM's and they are currently doing it with the help of Ihub and other boards like it...
Until Short selling is abolished and people start to get prosecuted for the Lies and Half-Truths they pretend are facts and supported by many of the mods on Ihub, we are all going to have a lot of problems making money in the stock market...
