Refusal to dismiss charges is HARDLY a conviction. Long way to go, just preliminaries.

Any chance this company actually orchestrated the whole situation to excuse their dilution and tanking shareprice?

That remains to be seen, might be the next USXP. Jail time would do the directors some good, no doubt about that.
