Hey Change, refusal to dismiss the charges against Jame Groves and Peng He are a routine event when the judge finds NO REASON for dismissal.
The idea that Spooz engineered the current litigation as a ruse is like a childish story put in place to defuse the seriousness of Groves' and He's charged offence.
