Change D' , That Spooz might not own the software Jame Groves and Peng he apparently removed from the Company is technically legally correct.
However, a review of Illinois Northern Federal District Court records for this case shows that Judge Andersen refused to dismiss the charges against Jame Groves and Peng He THREE times.
