Loop, I have an Aunt that will be 101 years old in December. She was never married but was the guiding light of the family and still is.

She was the most honest person in the world and offered help to anyone in the family and all she asked in return was for the person to be honest and try to change their life.

At 96 years old she got a ticket for going through a stop sign. I called my nephew who was a lawyer as well as her god son and told him you better go to court with her.

He did and made her plea and she said whoa your honor I disagree with him and I was guilty of going through that stop sign and just because I'm elderly I shouldn't be given supervision but I should be given what the court normally gives to others.

My nephew almost fainted. The judge shook his head and made her go to driving school classes at the local high school and she did.

What I'm trying to relate is people like my aunt and the ALJ are from the same era and take pride in their decisions and will do their best to give anyone a fair shake. They don't have a prejudice bone in their body.
