absolutely i would expect to receive my dividend in a timely manner in which i would have equal opportunity as anyone else to sell that stock into a TRADING MARKET...
right now you would have to be crazy to buy at the offer and have to short to sell ,so there is no market open for this stock at this time so the company is not causing anyone a chance to not sell into a news release ,volume etc..
i mean i know you think the bid is real but i bet it would not be there if this was trading...
