You are correct about the OTCBB Andy.

I apparently was thinking about the NASDAQ, where I see that one of the possible qualifiers is a $5 bid to get listed initially. Then you have to keep the price above $1 or become a candidate for being thrown off.

Apparently there is no minimum on the OTCBB, if you want to become a reporting company and get a Bid and Ask.

Sorry about that.
