You can't get listed on OTC until you are trading for a few dollars?!?!?!? I think you you are wrong about that. There are plenty of OTC stocks trading sub-penny. The only thing that keeps CMKM from being listed on OTC is non-compliance with some SEC filings. If they spend some money on an accountant this could get straightened out very quick. At the same time shareholders would be able to get a lot more information about the company. Like the float and OS numbers.
