IFX (with InterDig), through its design wins, has conclusively proven highest level performance. Is that so hard to accept?

Wow, talk about hyperbole.

It is possible that Interdigital has the best solution on the market, but to think that a few design wins (even one by Apple) is conclusive proof is just nonsense. In addition to performance, there are any number of factors that go into design wins including price, size, incumbency, future roadmap, corporate strategies and probably a half dozen more.
