well i would say that the institution that they chose to
lead this stock out will end up having a say on how many shares would be retired to treasury,that is why i am not really talking much about it cause those decisions have not been made..
the big hurdle now will be over this wording of round up and who put it out like that,who actually sold shares they did not have and whether this company will have to re diverted into another shell cause of this screw up..
