there are 200M out POST-split? you almost certainly have to mean pre-split..?
the later is disappointing, the former would send most of us home.
at $.50 you'd have a $100M company right off the bat. that's not sustainable as exciting as the company may be. the Company would therein do the roundup provision only to have hundreds selling $30-50 worth of stock pretty much as soon as they could. hard to build excitement like that.
200M pre-split gets us to around 20M post-split assuming 95% control. in that instance, i think we can try for those $3 bids if we have a good enough action in the market.. strong PRs.. and hopefully strong existing revenues.
