I specifically asked one of Dr.Botte's researchers this very question earlier this morning,and was told the intellectual property developed by Dr.Botte is applicable to waste streams.

A convertor is necessary,but her process will work converting the ammonia from urea into hydrogen.

It will help clean up the environment while creating inexpensive hydrogen!
