So you wised up to believe ST is no Saint anymore. It was obivious he was a paid pumper just read the 10k again. So you think the trio is IM, RW and ST. What about Miguel Delarosa where do you think he fits in???
So you still think management is not involved??? Also you think they are so great while they sit on their hands and hide behind their lawyers that tell them not to do anything. These are the same lawyers that allowed them to mislead the shareholders with the PRs about having 100M contract, spin off shares, they do not pay pumpers and etc.
The best one is not informing the shareholders the 10k was filed. We had to learn about it here. As of yesterday it was not on Yahoo. I have never invested in a company that does not put out a PR on the earnings release. These guys are so anti shareholders. It seems like they know something is going to happen like they are going to lose their jobs and are doing the bare minumim or something else is coming down. Just this act alone is a lack of their fudicary duties. This should be enough to fire them, I hope they get Russian justice - my understanding it is they find a wall and you can figure out the rest. This guys are a joke they probably were involved with the shorting since they do not enough care enough for the shareholders to put out a PR on the earnings. If you still back them then you deserve your stock to go to zero. They are whimps that have not even tried to support the stock price. It is pathetic. You are starting to wise up on ST soon you will realize management has to go ASAP.
