RC is NOT Richard Crokett (the Stock Tiger) in my message, Gibber. I assumed you already knew the full story but you made a false assumption. Answer these questions. Who sold Stafford Energy? Who WROTE the PR about the 100M contract? Who has the "machinery", the contacts, the setup to manipulate a stock's direction? Who has been a founder of several companies, not kept stock in his own name but keeps a "machinery" of friends and family in place to buy and short a company stocks based upon his knowledge of company events - but claims he is not an officer or "employee" of the company - so has done nothing wrong?
Start connecting the dots and you will get on the right track. Right now you are on a train traveling in the opposite direction.
"They are whimps that have not even tried to support the stock price." The management of the company, from what I am able to see, is focused on trying to save the company by executing the business model. If they didn't care about the shareholder it would be easy for them to let the "manipulators" take over the company - and just go off and reestablish a new company. They have the contacts to do it.
However, now they not only have to work hard to develop a complex business model, they also have to fight to save the "share price" from deliberate manipulation by those who have a history of raping companies and leaving them in the dust. And, whether you know it or not, you are acting as their "shill" by helping them achieve their goals.
You seem like a nice and sincere guy. I have one suggestion - do some research on the folks I mentioned and you will see the pattern and intent behind the actions.
