Well, according to the motion, defendants are saying the data is there for them to have and that they want to set up the road map to trial. They are saying Mosh is delaying. I am not sure if this is really the case but who knows. Perhaps there are others here who could shed some light on what this motion means and what's going on. I'm not saying this is good or bad. I just want to understand a little more about this.
