There is a policy of screwing the poor and the powerless throughout AmeriKa. From the onerous DMV rules that target poor people, to the flagrant disregard of existing rules when applied to the OTC and it's traders.

Which is ironic in that this cuntry was FOUNDED on protecting those very same people............z
