They have a market with INTEGRITY unlike the massive fraud in the USA sponsored by regulators looking the other way and they spouting those famous words - it's the pink sheets.

Well SEC, get off your ass and enforce the rules.

That is what you are paid for.

Does not matter if it is a FORTUNE-ONE company or a bottom feeding pos GRAY sheet.

A rule is a rule, simple as that.

PS - I would rather have a market with integrity and a few dead scumbags than a market full of crooks and non-dead scumbags
