I'm holding off on judgement for this late filing......I'm hoping they just needed some extra time to get everything 110% right so they could file for a new exchange right after this filing. Otherwise how can we expect any other board to take this company seriously if they can't even file in a timely fashion, they can't blame these holdups on lack of funds or employees anymore. I for one just don't get it, the shareholders bitch and moan about this every quarter, and it seems like it falls on deaf ears. Like I said I'll withhold judgement until they do file........just had to vent a bit.....Sorry....All JMHO.
