Well, what does that have to do with HRCT....? That fine levied in agreement with the SEC plus the NEW rules on NAKED SHORT SELLING could be a support factor should HRCT be late with their fillings due 4/1..The MMs ,I hope, will be less inclined to play the old games while HRCT is vulnerable in the interim...
