Cole just following the billing as it would go in business. Yes the shipping agent is responsible for the invoice from the shipper. They in turn invoice the buyer for the shipping as well as the product cost. The question that came up for me was did they (Joe) bill NMC? Everything considered this may be a tough bill to collect. Who had possession before shipment, authorized the shipment, chose the shipper, etc., then who had risk of loss?. Normally shipping invoices are collectable, by the FTC rules, in two weeks. But go ahead, drawn your won conclusion,
