the answer is "no" as far as the shipper is concerned.
The shipper knows who was responsible and they are sueing GlobeTel, pure and simple.
Believe me, if they could "choose" who they wanted to sue, they wouldn't pick someone who is broke, has no defined source of funding, has other lawsuits for nonpayment and is already facing judgements for nonpayment. They would "pick" someone they had a better chance of collecting from instead of a deadbeat like GlobeTel.
