This may be a rehash but please humor me.
Phil, in the December PR Des retired his shares "to the company treasury"... Whats to say the "company" doesn't use these 1.2 BILLION shares as a money tap? Like issuing an S8 without the paperwork or knowledge of the shareholders... Slowly leaking shares into the market? (causing this downward spiral to continue) Is this even possible/legal? Just trying to see why all our $$$ is in the toilet.
