Unless you are RH I don't know how you can make such a strong claim. Shouting isn't going to prove your point.

Well, we all have heard about the promise. So, to summarize:

You wager that RH will reduce the O/S from the current 100Mil+ to a maximum of 85,999,999 shares by Dec 15, verified by Stalt. We will tally the sharecount the following Monday, Dec 17 as a grace period to let Stalt get everything in order.

We will verify that the sharecount is correct through Stalt, as well as other posters (Domain311?). If the O/S hits the target, I will provide a public apology to EFFC/RH/longs etc. Otherwise, you will provide it.

The deal is final as of now. Everybody take note.
