I have NO CONTROL as to when Stalt will actually report this cancellation publicly with the new reduced O/S count, so I have stated that it may be on or before the 15th or within a couple of days that you can get the transfer agent's new tally.

I have not wavered at all in my assertion.

The reduction in the outstanding share count, back to the 85M range, is JUST THE BEGINNING.
