RH promised to cancel 41.8M shares from the outstanding shares and DID exactly what he said he was going to do. The fact that you continue to sidestep that fact and continue to not acknowledge that he did indeed cancel the 41.8M shares does not make that fact untrue.

The current O/S is "around 98 Million shares". You may contact Stalt directly if you wish to determine the precise number.

On or before December 15th, I steadfastly maintain that RH has promised to cancel 13,975,000 shares from what is the O/S now.

I also steadfastly maintain that subtracting 13,975,000 million shares from 98+M shares will return our outstanding count to 85+M shares, meaning a number larger than 85M but smaller than 86M. If you want to slice hairs over this, that is about as clear as I can make it for you, but if I am off by 100,000 shares, it will not bother me one iota.

I will not rely on any posters calling Stalt. I will contact Mr. Stalt myself as I have done many times in the past through telephone communication and/or e-mails directly.

How you verify the outstanding shares after the cancellation doesn't bother me either as long as you personally call Mr. Stalt and obtain the information and I verify myself from Mr. Stalt as well.

After you find out from Stalt that the shares have been cancelled and the total outstanding share count is 85+M shares, I fully expect a public apology here from you.

I have found in the past that a couple of days one way or the other sometimes precludes a transfer agent from having the corrected share count after a formal cancellation, so I am sure you and I will will be willing to allow such leeway as required, if that means a day or so to have this.

I maintain that the current website information about the cancellation of shares is ACCURATE and that we will see a number as in 85,XXX,XXX shares as the resultant O/S count on or before the 15th (give or take a day or two).

I also steadfastly maintain that EFFC will rock in 2008, but I would not be surprised to see that even sooner.
