Your expectation is of course baseless and totally without merit.

RH promised to cancel 41.8M shares almost two months ago and DID.

Current O/S is about 20mil higher than what it is supposed to be.

RH promised to cancel 13,975,000 shares from the total outstanding shares WITHIN the next 5 days, on or before December 15th, and I have EVERY REASON TO BELIEVE he will.

He has followed through 100% on his promise to cancel shares and he will again.

Sure, why not. But before that happens, let's make a few rules: You should STATE the O/S after the share canceling NOW, so we can be clear whether RH has hit the target or not on the 15th. We will also verify the result via Stalt directly through 2 board posters (each of us will pick one), and will not rely on ECT's websites or emails for the O/S count, as the website is unreliable. If the TA becomes gagged, then all bets are off. Deal?
