there you go looking at issues and thinking with simplicity

EFFC is NOT prohibited from marketing anything that is NOT similar to SDS product. EFFC can sell and distribute CRAM if they have shown that their products are not similar or identical to SDS product. Therefore, the injunction can still be into effect while EFFC sells CRAM
