There you go making contradictory statements again.

The court order specifically PROHIBITS EFFC from marketing anything that is identical to, or is derived from BCS's SDS product. There is no clause that says "we prohibit you from marketing SDS/CRAM, but we allow you to market SDS/CRAM".

(Honestly speaking, that statement looks downright stupid.)

Unless the court is in cahoots with EFFC, I cannot see EFFC marketing CRAM/SDS without violating the order. It's these nitty gritty things that makes the world complicated. Wouldn't it be easier if there aren't laws in place to prevent EFFC from lying and claiming whatever they want as their own? ROFL.

(Update: CRAM is SDS, and SDS is CRAM. They admitted it in a press release that CRAM has been tested for over 2 years.
