Considering if the email is true, with CBAY being in a corporate (not stock) restructure mode is good as that means no reverse split (maybe just not now).
I did however speak with a friend of mine who called Edgewater to verify some of the things I had gotten and posted earlier. The guy told him that he can't tell him anything, but that he could answer questions. Hmmmmm???
One of the things he asked him about was the share structure. The guy from Edgewater told him that if he goes to the SEC filings, everything is there as to what the share structure is. Hmmmm??? That was very strange to me as it was coming from someone who is not considered friend, but foe of CBAY.
The guy I spoke to was Jason. My friend spoke to the other guy in which I don't recall his name right now, but their number is in CBAY's last PR or some of earlier posts if you want to call them too.
