Very well could have resigned with 3 months notice, we do not know.

We are speaking of a cash strapped company, you've been quick to point that out.

Fact is he resigned on 10/16 period

fact is Rob emailed those who emailed him on 10/14

End of story unless you have other facts that can be documented other than opinion.
