IMO:The best news would be that the Court actually waited for an ICC decision on Samsung lll..to schedule a Hearing..While Wm. Merritt stated one matter had nothing to do with another, one can hope he was wrong..The Hearing is obligatory since Samsung as well as IDCC have Motions before the SDNY Court.I feel secure in believing IDCC could have sat on a recent No Change decision by the ICC as not being Material and not requiring IDCC to file an 8K with the SEC..since it would still be worthless without a SDNY Final Monetary Judgement..I find it significant that IDCC never commented 1 year about any evidentiary Hearing for Samsung lll.The Panel was sitting almost 6 Month's and probably had the entire file and exhibits available for review.
