mschere, knowing that the first was a split decision and this was unanimous, how can our legal system drag its feet as it has for the Sammy decision. The first one IMO was a more difficult decision since it was split but this one was unanimous, even the panelist that Sammy appointed voted against them. This is what annoys the hell out of me about our legal system. It sure would be nice to get something new with the morning press release. Now that olddog brought us the tidbit about the hearing, I would imagine this will need to be in the press release tomorrow. I wonder how it will be presented.

IMO:Nokia SDNY was a split decision by Arbitrators..and the Court had to weigh the Minority opinion.. The Samsung ll Panel Award was unanimous..

If i remember correctly the NOK SDNY was in early december around December 3 or 4. THe judgement came out around Dec 26th, 27th. I am pretty sure it was less than a month for the ruling. hopefully we will get our money by 12/31/07
