Furthermore, it is pretty hard to fight a legal battle of this kind w/o serious $.
Hard to retain solid legal counsel when you are filing for bankruptcy as is the case with BCST.
Also, from the previously posted court docs, it sounds like BCST's majority owner is likely to face embezzlement charges.
