Yeah, but who are the shareholders?

As I remember it, the shareholders were like three different people? The sole person left at Bio, who owned 51%. And, the two inventors now with ECT. So, as I see it, this is all but resolved in ECT's favor now.

Not sure how many creditors, if any, Bio has at its dissolution.
